VIDEOS -n- SUCH

There’s a new MTB (Mountain Beast) in town — videos coming as soon as we get some sunshine! (Right click and open pic in new window for best viewing)

Just a couple “ride-by’s” at about 30 mph.

This bike is smooth and quiet, weighs about 75 lbs and will do 31-33mph on a full charge, flat surface. This sturdy high-carbon steel frame is good for riders over 400 pounds so it should be able to handle a bit of off-road fun! Almost everything that could be replaced/ upgraded has been, but the bike was bought new as a project for electric conversion. The front wheel assembly was replaced after a tree limb smashed into the hub flange bending a couple spokes so this was the best upgrade I could find for the money. It’s a 12G spoke setup and feels nice and solid. Tires handle exceptionally even on wet pavement/ rain — and my favorite part: A 52Volt 21Ah battery just waiting to get broken in on some rides …

This is a 15 minute video of 3 clips taken after midnight (so Feb. 24) with some snow starting to come down, some snow cover on the ground. The tires are more suited for dirt/ stone trails and get slippery when wet. That said, they did the job, though I’m looking forward to some FAT snow tires !!! O%O *** MUTE the volume for now – wind noise is terrible *** O%O
